  Destiny has a reasonably priced combo.  For $15.95 it comes with 2 spring rolls, a small salad, rice, a drink and a waffle with ice cream for dessert.  I found the restaurant comfortable and able to accommodate a large group.  For our group of 7, a 15% tip was added to the bill.  Some restaurants require a higher tip for groups.
  
  The popcorn chicken was a little too salty.
  
  There's plenty of parking.

  The bbt is not bad and the mango smoothie slush is the best one on the menu. We came here very late after the night it up market and we wantee to get some bubble tea drink/ desserts. There were four of us and we just wanted to share some bubble tea and maybe some snacks like popcorn chicken but didn't want to eat too much because it was late. But we were told that we have all had to order one item otherwise there would be a seating charge, which I found very ridiculous since it was late after midnight and the place was not even a quarter full. I feel like I could maybe... understand if it was busy and they enforce that rule since people tend to hang out for a long while occupying seats.
  
  So we ended up ordering to Bubble Tea drinks a popcorn dish and a takoyaki dish. We got everything quickly except for the popcorn chicken which took over 40 minutes without any update even though we asked about it. Very disappointed since it was not busy and we also saw some people receiving some popcorn chicken. Eventually they told us that they were making brand new popcorn chicken and that's why it was taking a while...
  
  I used to come here often but haven't been in a long while and definitely don't miss it.

  We went to Destiny for dinner and it was great, the place was spacious, the staff were friendly and the food was good. 
  
  We had 2 kids meal, realistically 1 would be enough as they enjoyed the ramen so we could of order another ramen instead. The kids loved the kids meals as it comes in a unique plate this time was the airplane, it comes with bubble tea and a kinder surprise. The ramen and the curry rice was good. Overall a good variety of offering suitable for the whole family.
  
  They do have magazines for you to read  and a lot of booth have outlets for laptops etc. for working.

  I used to love going here with my friends, family and with my wife due to cozy outmost sphere. But now it's has fallen short in many ways. The server used to wear a matching uniform but from the looks of it they just wear whatever they want. The server always missed giving out the proper utensils for the order. For example we order stake we did not get a knife but when we ask for a stake knife we got a butter knife.
  The portion and the price does not match as well as they used to. This place need to update , renovation and re-training of stuff special alot of restaurant like this place are opening

  Pretty good place in the Richmond Hill area to hang out with friends. The interior is decorated super nicely and there are lots of booths.
  
  The food is okay though. The fried rice we ordered had way too much ketchup inside it. The drinks were well on par with traditional bubble tea shops.
  
  Price is on the higher side - for two drinks and a meal the total was around $40 after tax and tip.
